At Oliver Cabell, we take pride in our handcrafted goods and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Oliver Cabell box and dust bag, ensuring the product is in its original, unworn condition to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 10 business days.
